Meet Julia
Julia is a Borderer and proud native of Hawick, shaped by a deep connection to people, place, and personal growth. She began her working life in the textiles industry, where her interest and passion in enterprise and supporting others first took root. Today, she continues to work in a role that keeps her close to rural communities and the people navigating change within them.
Her wellbeing path began more than 25 years ago, shaped by personal loss and the need to find her own way back to steadiness and clarity. What started as a private, restorative practice has grown into a deeply personal strand of her life - rooted in listening, reflection, and a belief in every woman’s capacity to reconnect with herself.
Over the years, Julia has supported women through moments of transition, helping them find clarity, confidence, and a more aligned version of themselves. Her experiences across Scotland and beyond have shaped her understanding of resilience, personal growth, and what it means to move forward when life shifts.
This is the heart of her work with women: grounded, intuitive, and held with calm, compassionate support.

Finding Empowerment
Julia's approach to empowerment is about creating space, steadiness and support that helps women them hear themselves clearly again. Drawing on decades of experience in leadership, mentoring, personal development, and wellbeing, she helps women make sense of where they are, understand what is shifting, and move forward in a way that feels true to them.
For many women, life can become full of noise, pressure, responsibility, and expectations. Julia offers something different: a calm and intentional space where they can pause, reflect, and reconnect with their own inner compass.
Through reflective conversation, mentoring, and restorative energy work, she supports women to rebuild confidence, trust their instincts, and rediscover the strength that may have been buried beneath busyness, change, or self-doubt.
